Pastor Curt Buckmire

Senior Pastor Curt Buckmire co-labors in ministry with his wife Nedra at Spirit and Truth Worship Center in Loganville, Georgia. Pastors Curt and Nedra have been married since May 1990 and have two beautiful boys, Christian Emmanuel and Andrew Christopher. Together they preach and teach the principles of the life-changing message of the Kingdom of God. Their heart’s desire is that every believer knows what they believe, know why they believe what they believe, and be able to articulate what they believe.

Born in Trinidad in the West Indies, Curt grew up in Brooklyn, New York. With over 30 years of ministry experience, Curt was first ordained a Minister of the Gospel in December 1989 at Praise The Lord Deliverance Church in Brooklyn, NY. He then served as Vice President of the Ministers Board at New Life Cathedral in Brooklyn, NY before moving to Georgia in 1990. He was later ordained an Elder at Stronghold Christian Church in November 1996 and served faithfully as part of the core leadership under the guidance of Pastors Benjamin and Dr. Sherry Gaither. As part of his tenure as an Elder at Stronghold Christian Church, Curt was responsible for giving oversite to the Altar Workers Ministry, Athletics Ministry, BootCamp (New Members Training) Ministry, Children’s Church, Youth Church and Music Ministry. In October 2005, Pastor Benjamin and Dr. Sherry Gaither ordained Curt to the office of Pastor to pursue the call of God upon his life.

Pastor Curt is truly anointed to “teach” the Word of God with clarity and conviction to empower every hearer. He has the passion to reach the unchurched and the believer with the life-changing message of the Kingdom of God. His exceptional blend of corporate and ministry perspectives have given him the ability to minister to a wide multiplicity of people. Pastor Curt’s anointing to teach financial principles has liberated many to become “debt-free”.

Pastor Curt has a Bachelors of Business Administration degree in Computer Informational Systems from Baruch College in New York City, NY.
